Really weird,

There is some information about this unknown load command on Google, but none is convincing.

I'll install your version of XCode  with 10.4.8 and see what happens. (I don't have 10.4.6 anymore).

Don't know what is happen with my system. Probably I change X11 libraries and now lspci works fine without any new corrections.

Are you alive?
I continue investigation around AGPGart and found that it works no matter what CycloneFR says. We often have bad graphics in AGP mode but it is not AGPGart problem.
I also decide to continue your work on RadeonFB project. I have some progress. http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=96664
